Client PC defect

Imagine that all users can see the incoming link indicator on there clients pcs and only one client pc cannot display the incoming link indicator. And the defect isn't related to the user's Login Name cause other users can log onto the client pc and can't see the incoming link. The defect is related to the specific client pc.

Has anyone a clue what is causing the error on this one client PC.

Don't know, but my Guess would be that client is pointing to some other database, an old copy of the Production. Run the following on that client and some other client to check it out:

print (getenv(
"DOORSDATA")) 
"\n"


You may also want to see if the links themselves are there via Links menu >>Edit Links.

Thanks Louie for looking into this situation.

And your guess would be good guess since you are not familar with our installation.

We do not have any other databases running.
